2026 Spring and Summer Camp Registration is Open!



Camp options:

FULL DAY CAMP: M - F, 8am-5pm, Ages 6-12 yrs old - $450/week

Group 4 (advanced) riders would have to do Full day camp

AM HALF DAY CAMP: M-F 8am-1pm, Ages 6-12 yrs old -$300/week

PM HALF DAY CAMP: M-F 12pm-5pm, Ages 6-12 yrs old - $300/week

AM PONY CAMP: M-F 8am-noon, Ages 4-6 - $300/week


*For those that are 13 or even 14 that have been to camp and know what it is like, and you want to come, you are still welcome. Our age limit is only so that the campers are all comfortable when they are here. Most campers will be younger, and some of our helpers are 13, but if you have been here and still enjoy it, then you are welcome to continue coming. Especially if you are level 4. That group is usually older kids.


Lunch is from 12-1, so half day campers can come during that time or can come or get dropped off before or after if they prefer. We provide pizza on Friday.


Our Camp includes: Learning horse care, stable care, horse anatomy education, leading, grooming, tacking, 2 riding lessons per full day and other horse related activities. Benefits to your child include: behavioral improvement, exercise, coordination, flexibility, responsibility, and so much more.


Group 4 - We would love to continue the training with the 3 ponies from last year and take them onto riding.


No experience necessary. We divide the riders into 4 groups between “never ridden before” and “very advanced.”

Registration is a 2 step process:

1. Fill out the Camp Registration form above by clicking the link.

2. Pay $200 deposit or full camp price via Zelle (jean@woodhavenstable.com) or Venmo (@woodhavenjs)

Camp is not full unless noted down below.


Schedules do change and openings do come up. If signing up for multiple weeks- please make sure to either pay the deposit (for each week for each camper) or send in full payment (for each week for each camper) you signed up for to hold your spot.


**IF CAMP IS FULL- CHECK BACK 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THAT WEEK TO FILL OUT THE WAITLIST FORM IF STILL INTERESTED!


There is a $25 administration fee for changing week. Please check your calendar.

Balance: When paying your “Balance Due” electronically, please complete that transaction prior to 9pm on the Sunday before camp starts. You can also bring a check or cash on Monday morning.


Monday registration could take up to 30 minutes (hopefully not though). If you do not receive an email about camp by Friday evening prior to start of camp, please contact us. We may not have your registration.


Refer to the Camp Checklist for what your child needs to bring. There's no need to worry about staying cool in the hot summer months, we have many water activities between riding times and an air conditioned cabin for the campers.
